Refund Policy
We want you and your pup to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be completely free of dog hair, dirt, odors, or signs of wear.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Return Process
Starting a return is simple. Please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at dogfriendlycowalk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions and the return address within 24-48 hours.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, promotional sale items, or customized products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at dogfriendlycowalk@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue right away.
